Finally it happened - I moved my web-hosting from Servage.net to Surftown.dk and so far Im pretty happy about it. Surftown have some amazing transaction times on both filesystems, ftp and MySQL to say the least!
The only major difference is the diskspace which is "only" 20GB at Surftown versus 360GB at Servage.
